Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Make the Crepe Batter:

  • In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  • Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

2. Cook the Crepes:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the pan.
